Our team is also highly experienced with leading SQL database systems including MySQL, SQLite, and SQL Server. Design a solution to meet business Needs
Our more than two decades of experience helping businesses determine exactly what they need, results in our developing solutions that meet their business objectives and goals. We meet with our clients. We listen to what they want to accomplish. Then we offer approaches on how to achieve their objectives and goals. The result, a solution to meet those objectives and goals. With the design agreed upon, we move to the next step in the process.
Develop the product to provide the solution
With the design and its deliverables agreed upon we create a master schedule which transitions us into development and implementation. We use our custom programming skills and experience and develop the programs, databases, reports and forms, to bring the solution into reality, on time and affordably.
During the design phase, we work at a very affordable hourly rate.
For the development phase we work either at that same hourly rate or on a fixed-price package basis.
Recent Projects
Order Processing System (OPS) – Newington, CT
We recently completed Phase I of a custom Order Processing System for a hydraulic hose assembly company.
- The system manages 20,000+ parts imported from vendor price lists via Excel.
- It automatically assembles parts into models, and calculates pricing, improving speed and efficiency
- integrates with the company’s customer database.
- Manual effort is a thing of the past reducing the time for completing tasks to minutes
- Instead of hand-written forms the system now generates orders and packing slips automatically resulting in streamlined shipping.
This transformation has significantly reduced order processing time and improved overall efficiency.
Tournament Bass Fishing Software (TBFS) – Bristol, CT
We are currently beta testing our Tournament Bass Fishing Software with Mohawk Valley Bass Casters. This software, designed specifically for bass fishing clubs, results in simplified and automated record keeping needed to run a club. TBFS provides end-to-end management tools:
- Membership tracking
- Tournament scheduling and weigh-ins
- Award calculations (Lunker, Angler of the Year, Co-Angler of the Year, and more)
Once finalized, TBFS will be offered as a licensed product to bass clubs nationwide, helping them run tournaments smoothly and professionally.
